Service was completed in a timely manner and everyone was very friendly. Repairs were completed to satisfaction and they dealt with carvana for me as well. Even found another repair that wasn’t noted by the mazda dealer a week or two before. However, after service, my tires began to wear incorrectly. Two tires were completely bald on the outer edge and wearing normally elsewhere. They’re continentals and fairly new so I’m pretty irritated they need replaced so soon due to either an incorrect alignment or an alignment simply not being completed. I originally thought it was maybe my driving (never had this issue before with three other cars but whatever), so when they sent the follow up text, I inquired on whether an alignment was completed and let them know the issue I was having. No response. Followed up a few days later and still nothing. Makes me feel like they know they messed up somewhere. Edit: Shop paid for an alignment as part of their warranty/guarantee on work performed. Either way I’m out of $350 but appreciated that they worked with me to cover the wheel alignment. If you're using this shop for front/back end work, be aware they do not perform alignments here.
