Took my car there one Monday morning for a catalytic converter issue, same day later they call me to say that cost for repairs was about $900, then I asked if for that price I was getting GM original parts, "the guy answering the phone"said yes and I agreed to go ahead with the repairs. Two days later, (Wednesday), they called stating that GM did not have the part, needed a couple days more...finally by Friday, they got it ready. Before I was about to pay, to make sure we were in the same page, I asked again if they installed an GM original part, "the guy answering the phone" told me yes. Fast forward 3 weeks since repairs, the catalytic converter failed again, texted them back and "the guy answering the phone" told the following: "The part we put may have a chance to give a code base on that part(?), the part they used was actually aftermarket, since GM did not have the part available at the time, on top of that he told me the part GM original was $1600,(??), something that "the guy answering the phone" failed mention during the estimate call, so, they decided in their own accord to go for aftermarket part without telling me. Now the funny thing about this whole ridiculous situation, is that I have 2 choices here, warranty out the Garbage they put on my car, that if, they actually changed the part, I mean, if they actually did their job...or (apparently GM now has the $1600 part in stock), warranty out this GM original part and pay the difference, which means I still gotta waste more money in their trashy service. So to round up this review, I must say they are the typical Autoshop Liars and Cheaters, which is common on 90% of all the shops and Dealerships in my area. in a way, pretty much an inexcusable behavior just the likes of "United Health Care scam" we all now know. PD: "the guy answering the phone" means "the guy with a terrible and ridiculous name".
