Alex and his crew at Carzip continually go above and beyond what’s expected in terms of communication, education, timelines, preventative recommendations, and quality of service. Hands down the best repair shop we’ve taken our vehicles to in Indy....and that number is 6+. Other places we couldn’t help but feel taken advantage of because of our limited knowledge of cars. Needless to say, after 4 or 5 visits to Carzip, we are bought in as lifelong customers. Take you vehicle to Carzip. You’ll be happy you did.

The guys at Carzip service are amazing. They went above and beyond to help my wife and me. We were driving from Cincinnati to Washington State. Before we even got to Indianapolis our check engine line came on and started flashing (which is not good sign). We pulled over at the first exit to check it out and realized we needed a mechanic right now. After googling mechanics we saw that Carzip was right across the street. It was almost 0700 and online it showed they didn’t open till 0900. So we started to wait the two hours. About that time a vehicle pulled in and a young gentleman got out. My wife asked if he worked here and explained the story. They got us in right then and had the issue diagnosed, fixed and us out the door in under two hours. That counted them ordering the parts and delivery of them. They also did not over charge us. Most mechanic shops would of seen a money cow roll up knowing we had to get it fixed and they could of told us anything and charged us an inflated amount. But they didn’t we got an amazing price and very quick service. I wish they were in our new home town. I would make them our primary mechanic. First class work and cutomer service.

Richar is awesome and the shop really took care of me. Drove 45 miles to have my work done and will continue to make the trip to have future work done. Very professional and got the work done on time. Got us back up and going in a day. Highly recommended!

Today on the 28th of January I went to ON THE RAMP AUTO had to go Emerson ave to have my GPS repaired on my car was kind of hesitant of going that far, but I'm sure glad I did . They are wonderful kind and very professional I highly highly recommend them they did over and Beyond a couple things for me that they didn't have to do so again I give the highest Stars two ON THE RAMP Auto any kind of repairs you need done I would go there great people . The only reason I gave 1 star is because Liz made me feel like she really care for my concerns! As for the service on my vehicle, it was horrible! I took it in for because my engine light was, problems with when my gear shifted, and my coolant light was on! They had my car for 4 days! When I went to pick it up, it drove worst then when I dropped it off! The guy Richard/ or Shawn was very rude and from my opinion need a customer service class! I will never recommend anyone to go there!

CarZip service has been the most positive experience I’ve had thus far with exceptional service! Blaine gave nothing but the best, with getting us in as soon as possible and the total price beat surrounding estimates! I would highly recommend CarZip and Blaine is by far my go to man!

Absolutely the best experience I have ever had. Richar and his team were outstanding. I am extremely happy with the service done on my 2004 Jeep Wrangler Sport, and will not hesitate to have all of my vehicles servised by On Ramp Automotive in the future. I love taking my car in for service at CarZip all of the guys are very friendly and are always honest with what my car really needs. I was used to taking my car to the dealers and it seemed like I would always get the run around and I also felt like I would get taken advantage of. But a friend told me about CarZip and i would never take my car anywhere else! Blaine and Branden are nothing but top notch!

This place is amazing everyone was so friendly, we got a flat tire on the way to Chicago, they went across town to get our matching tire, and put it on so quick!
