Beech Grove Auto Repair

I was in Indy for the day down from Muncie. My gear shift broke and my car was stuck in drive. Not knowing where to go we asked the Lord Jesus to help us and show us where to go. On our way to another repair shop we passed by this one and decided to go here instead. We explained our situation and shortly afterwards we met Richar. He immediately directed us into one of their shops on this lot to look at our vehicle. In short between Richar and Chris they efficiently obtained the part and made the repairs. This happened on a Saturday when the shop was not open to the public. They could’ve easily turned us away but Richar had great compassion for us. Chris was the one that replaced the part during this time we found out that he was a follower of Jesus Christ also and gave us his testimony. What an amazing experience. Praise the Name of Jesus. I am so thankful for these two young men. I would recommend this place to anyone, especially women you will be treated honestly and fairly. Thanks again to Richar and Chris. May God our Father continue to bless you both and your families. ✝️❤️

Took multiple phone calls to get a hold of Richar. Lady at front desk hung up on me and was rude. Work that was supposed to be done was not done. Rude staff. If I could rate them with negative stars I would. Very unprofessional. Don't waste your time. Your vehicle will not get fixed despite their "promises".

Not only did I find an amazing team of experts but very trustworthy as well. I am so glad I found these guys. In and out quickly and fixed all the problems with my car. And when I didn't have a way back home I was driven by one of the team home safely. Not only will I be back but now my whole family. Thanks again on ramp for making my vehicle safe again

Carzip has the friendliest staff with the head honcho being Richar. Richar is always quick to respond, and is the only man I trust to work on my 2019 Stinger. Very professional place to take you car and get work done. If you want work done on your car right the 1st time and in a timely manner I highly recommend carzip I bought my car from them as well as gotten all my work done from them and it’s been nothing but great. Excellent Customer Service! My vehicle was involved in a warranty dispute and the car warranty company was unhelpful and extremely difficult. Richar was nothing short of a true professional. He stayed in contact with me during the whole endeavor and continued to assist me with my warranty company. He sent excellent video and photos of what exactly was wrong with the vehicle. Bummer about the warranty company but if it weren't for Richar I would never have been able to get my vehicle fixed. Thank you very much!!!!

Richar took personal interest in getting my 2014 F150 in top notch shape. I could tell he was very busy but even then, his attention to detail was commendable. He showed me videos and photos of my truck while it was being repaired which was a first time for me. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for an honest auto repair shop. I read some other reviews but I have to be honest, I cannot say one negative thing about this shop. Thanks guys!

Richar' is the ABSOLUTE best. He made getting my truck repaired as simple as possible. His customer service is superb! After nearly two months without my vehicle. He got me back running in two days. I'm grateful I stumbled upon his business. It was a blessing in disguise. Very knowledgeable, showed photos of additional work needed without being pushy. I didn't drive off feeling like I need $1000 of work or my truck won't make it. Like I have before. I would definitely recommend his service and business.
