I was in Indy for the day down from Muncie. My gear shift broke and my car was stuck in drive. Not knowing where to go we asked the Lord Jesus to help us and show us where to go. On our way to another repair shop we passed by this one and decided to go here instead. We explained our situation and shortly afterwards we met Richar. He immediately directed us into one of their shops on this lot to look at our vehicle. In short between Richar and Chris they efficiently obtained the part and made the repairs. This happened on a Saturday when the shop was not open to the public. They could’ve easily turned us away but Richar had great compassion for us. Chris was the one that replaced the part during this time we found out that he was a follower of Jesus Christ also and gave us his testimony. What an amazing experience. Praise the Name of Jesus. I am so thankful for these two young men. I would recommend this place to anyone, especially women you will be treated honestly and fairly. Thanks again to Richar and Chris. Took multiple phone calls to get a hold of Richar. Lady at front desk hung up on me and was rude. Work that was supposed to be done was not done. Rude staff. If I could rate them with negative stars I would. Very unprofessional. Don't waste your time. Your vehicle will not get fixed despite their "promises".
