They're efficient, timely, very courteous, detailed, and clean (for it to be a vehicle repair shop). I first stumbled across this business after my usual tire repair shop wasn't able to assist me. Richar' was extremely pleasant & understanding to my last minute need. Since then, I have used the shop for other service needs & can't see myself going anywhere else. Services: Oil change, General repairs & maintenance, Steering/Suspension, Brakes, Tyres

Super rude, unprofessional, and unreliable. I called and setup an appointment for Monday. I did this a week in advance. I called when I got there to ask where to park as it is not clear on where to park. I finally found a parking area, and walked in to the front desk woman. She gave attitude as soon as our interaction started. She spoke to me at first with only her back to me questioning if I had an appointment and so on. As I’m telling her my name and everything she tells me that “we never take new cars on Monday Rashawd isn’t here”? Okay? Not my problem. The man that answered the phone when I called and asked where to park was the man who set my appointment up. Then the rude blonde woman starts texting and then proceeds to throw her phone on the desk and say “he isn’t even responding!” Followed by a few phone calls to whoever was on the other end. Then she proceeds to tell me “Well he just said he didn’t schedule an appointment for today, so the soonest day I have is July 7th.” As I tell her that someone did indeed set me up an appointment she continues to be very demeaning and condescending in her tone and does nothing but offer to set me up an appt. when she asks what’s wrong with my car I tell her it’s the tires still and she quickly looks at me and glares me down without a word. I thought she could see that it was my front passenger tire from the notes. I was going to them due to a Carvana warranty. I called pep boys as soon as I left and got an appointment for the very next day. I would say to avoid this place because of that woman alone. I don’t want any business I give going to that woman’s paychecks. The girl that was with her was very sweet. I feel bad for anyone who has to work with the blonde one though. Steer clear! I love this place! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. They did an amazing job at repairing my car in a timely manner. Richar, is very professional and a trustworthy person to go to! He really cares about his customers and their needs. I will definitely be back and HIGHLY recommend this place!
