The staff at CarZip in Beech Grove were phenomenal!! They got my car up and running in no time….they went above and beyond!

Mechanic was very thorough and precise. Staff at front desk were very polite and courteous. I have already shared with my friends that this is an excellent place to go.

They were very professional did the work in a quick and timely manner and I had my truck back in a couple days

They did a great job with my car. It would have been easy for them to diagnose the problem as something that would have taken a lot more money to fix, but it was a cheap fix and they had me up and running in less than a day. They were very friendly and even followed up with a text a week later to make sure my car was running well. I will be going to them for all future service.

My vehicle wouldn't start. It was not a typical problem but they managed to resolve the problem quickly and a decent cost.

Not recommended despite the high ratings. I got ripped off and paid for services that were not rendered! I paid for a vehicle inspection, expecting a detailed report on the status my car. There wasn't so much as a checklist of what was inspected. I have no idea what they even looked at. There was no written condition of any of the components. The only inspection report I received was from the receptionist who said "the car is in good condition." There was nothing else to report. What does that even mean? How much tread is on my tires? How much is left on my brakes? How did you determine it's good? Is there really no recommended maintenance on a 20 year old car!? There was not a single note on any element of the vehicle. So it was $100 for repair professionals to tell me It'S aLL GOoOd. Also, I paid $100 for diagnosis and remediation of a knock in my vehicle's engine bay. Their solution was to tighten the hub cap, which was not loose. They reported the issue was fixed, however, when I tested the car for myself the knock was still there and it was worse. Overall, I was charged for 2 service hours ($198) that resulted in nothing.
