They did a great job communicating what needed to be repaired, asked permission to complete repairs after diagnostic and kept me informed on progress. My car is running great all thanks to CarZip properly diagnosing and repairing. I have found my mechanical home with CarZip!

The only problem was I was told 4 times that they would call me to inform me of a situation they never did I had to call them which to me is okay considering they did a good and that's what I appreciate I'll call every time to get a good job done on my car thumbs up to the mechanics

Took my Jeep there for problem that i thought would be transmission, thankfully it was not and they explained me exactly what it was and fixed it within a couple of days. Teagan is amazing and very profesional and helpful. Thankyou so much.

I've have had my fair share of Buy Here Pay Here places. DT is the worst. Sold me a car with a bad transmission, leaks and so much more. Lucky I have a warranty. CarZip Service was the only place who worked on transmissions through my warranty company. Not only did they send me a list of things that are needing replaced and they informed me of the most severe issues (aka back tires). One item wasn't covered by warranty but they went ahead and fixed it at an extremely good price. I honestly really like this place. They communicate with you. Also inside their shop are Honda Trail 70 bikes and stuff. It's pretty awesome just to see those. Like I said Very trustworthy and respectful of their customers. Thanks guys you're the best
